Fire under Full Moon
The bracing under the surf lifesaving tower provided a very industrial and stark contrast to the moon… hard to remain on auto-focus while operating hand-held only! Night-shooting has those challenges!
These beach observation towers dot the coastline of Australia where volunteer-run surf lifesaving clubs provide water safety training, first aid and holiday/weekend safety assistance to beach-goers. Always swim between the flags!
Along the path through the dunes to the beach the leaves overhead seemed to stretch out to hold the moon like a glowing orb.
